What a fantastic place to Empower your children and yourselves. My son has trained with Alex and Callum for over 4 years. All the instructors are amazing and help the students not just with martial arts but with loads of lessons that they can take out into the world with them.

Being someone who was almost scared of exercise starting Martial Arts was a daunting prospect. However, not only do Alex and Callum teach Martial Arts they teach you to be the best person you can be. So instead of constantly comparing myself to others and focusing on what I can't do my focus is now on what I CAN do!! I can't recommend this place enough, so if you want to find your confidence the EMA mats will definitely give you that!! This is not a normal Martial Arts School this is a family!! EMA are outstanding in everything they do. I bring my foster child here to train and within the few weeks she has been training I have noticed so many progressions. Alex and Callum have been training our son for about 2 years now and in that time he has developed such a strong positive attitude to his training. He has progressed from white to Yellow gold belt in his time with them both and has grown in confidence. The support and encouragement from them both is world class, even and especially during the recent lockdowns. Training on zoom classes is something that was alien to everyone until recently and our son has engaged so much. Top school run by top people.

The new school looks incredible. Super pleased to be back training with the best instructors in Stourbridge. The transition has been flawless and it feels like home. Massive credit to the whole team for keeping us all safe and socially distanced...it’s looking fresh and super clean. So proud to be on the mats with Empower. My family and I have known and been taught by Callum & Alex for 7 years now. They not only teach Martial Arts, they invest in you as a person. They want you to succeed in your own personal goals and are there for you every step of the way. My kids are both black belts and I have watched them grow into very quiet reserved children into confident young adults. This is down to Callum and Alex’s teaching skills.
