My family and I have known and been taught by Callum & Alex for 7 years now. They not only teach Martial Arts, they invest in you as a person. They want you to succeed in your own personal goals and are there for you every step of the way. My kids are both black belts and I have watched them grow into very quiet reserved children into confident young adults. This is down to Callum and Alex’s teaching skills. I could not recommend them more highly. Empower is more than Martial Arts or fitness. It’s a family who will support you and train you to the best of your abilities.

Alex and Callum are two of the most enthusiastic and positive instructors you could ask for. Each lesson is new, fun and challenging, with everyone, including fellow classmates encouraging you every step of the way!

My son has started Martial Arts with Alex & Callum at their previous location. He joined Empower Martial Arts when they opened, and has enjoyed every minute. My daughter has trained with Alex and Callum for over 5 years. In that time, her confidence and ability to stand up for herself has increased so much. We have always loved that, while fitness and strength is promoted in her martial arts training, the well-being of the child as a whole is central to lessons too. Confidence, respect and positive attitude is just as important as physical ability at Empower - which is why she gets so much out of it.

The new school looks incredible. Super pleased to be back training with the best instructors in Stourbridge. The transition has been flawless and it feels like home.
