The new school looks incredible. Super pleased to be back training with the best instructors in Stourbridge. The transition has been flawless and it feels like home. Massive credit to the whole team for keeping us all safe and socially distanced...it’s looking fresh and super clean. So proud to be on the mats with Empower. My son has been training with Alex and Callum for nearly 10 years. The training he receives is second to none, and their positivity and encouragement has been a hugely important and positive part of his life. The fitness and kickboxing is obviously an important aspect to the training, but they also work on building mental strength and confidence. I'd absolutely recommend EMA!!!

Amazing place with the best instructors anyone could ever ask for. Not just kickboxing instructors, true, genuine and caring people there for you to support you and help you in any way. Out of sight does not mean out of mind with these people. Truly amazing place! Great school for all ages 🙌

My daughter had her First class with Empower on Tuesday and it was organised brilliantly and everywhere felt covid safe 👍🏻 Alex and Callum are fantastic instructors and my daughter can’t wait for her next training session!!!
