Being someone who was almost scared of exercise starting Martial Arts was a daunting prospect. However, not only do Alex and Callum teach Martial Arts they teach you to be the best person you can be. So instead of constantly comparing myself to others and focusing on what I can't do my focus is now on what I CAN do!! I can't recommend this place enough, so if you want to find your confidence the EMA mats will definitely give you that!! This is not a normal Martial Arts School this is a family!! Well done to all of the EMA team for your hardwork and dedication, I for one are very grateful!!

They want you to succeed in your own personal goals and are there for you every step of the way. My kids are both black belts and I have watched them grow into very quiet reserved children into confident young adults. This is down to Callum and Alex’s teaching skills.
